Brian Murkland is the President and CEO of Murkland Hard Money Lenders, serving real estate professionals, investors, and developers throughout San Diego County.

His background spans the legal, construction, real estate, and finance industries, with more than a decade of project management experience.
Brian also serves as Director of Business Operations at Naumann Law Firm, which he joined in 2015. His responsibilities include overseeing property inspections, invasive testing, office operations, and client onboarding.
This experience gives Brian a perspective on the planning, coordination, and communication involved in property projects. At Murkland Hard Money Lenders, his focus is on providing capital solutions, including bridge and construction loans, while building lasting relationships with borrowers.

Brian is quick to respond, very organized, and very knowledgeable. Super easy to work with. Highly recommend.
